You Are Never Too Old To Learn A New Skill

Age is just a number and it should never hold you back from pursuing your passions. Just ask my mom, who, now 79, took up pottery classes with me at the age of 76. Despite my decision to stop, my mom continued with her love for pottery and has since built an impressive pottery collection. Her hand-building skills and painting techniques are nothing short of amazing.

Imagine yourself at 90 years old, looking back at your life. Will the things that are stressing you out right now still be important then? Probably not. By focusing on strengthening our mental fitness, we can develop the ability to see beyond our current situation and gain a new perspective on our life’s path.

If you’re feeling inspired by my mom’s story, I encourage you to take the leap and start pursuing something you’ve always wanted to do. It doesn’t have to be something big or complicated, but simply taking the first step toward something new can be incredibly rewarding.

In fact, I’m here to help you take that first step. As a life coach, I can help you identify your passions, create a plan for pursuing them, and overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back. Together, we can work towards creating a life you love living, regardless of your age or any other perceived limitations.
