Strengthening Mental Fitness Using the Navigate Power

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing world, it can be challenging to navigate our life’s path with ease and confidence. We all face struggles, setbacks, and challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and unsure of our direction. That’s why it’s essential to strengthen our mental fitness.

Shirzad Chamine, the author of the New York Times best-selling book Positive Intelligence, says “When we strengthen our mental fitness, we can access five Sage powers. One of these Sage powers is Navigate. Using our ‘Navigate power’, can help us gain a whole new perspective on our lives.

Navigate is a Sage power that allows us to reflect on our lives from a place of wisdom and experience. It’s a powerful tool that can help us see the bigger picture, make decisions by our values, and navigate life’s twists and turns with greater ease.

One way to tap into this power is by imagining yourself as a 90-year-old reflecting on your current struggles. Ask yourself, will they still matter in the grand scheme of things?

This simple exercise can help you gain perspective and prioritize what truly matters in your life. It’s helpful to meditate for a few minutes before asking yourself this question. Meditating helps you quiet your mind so you can gain greater clarity and focus.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. When we strengthen our mental fitness, we cultivate a more positive outlook and approach life’s challenges with greater confidence.
