How Self Awareness Brings Peace

I thought I knew myself. Little did I know how much I had (& still have) to learn. Over the past 2 years, I’ve continued my lifelong journey of self discovery & self awareness.

In the past, I’ve looked for a promotion or a marriage to brighten my life. I’ve learned that my thinking – especially the way I think about myself – is what’s most important. My self-image has changed tremendously in the past 2 years. I love myself unconditionally.

Thanks to Mental Fitness coaching, I’m much more aware, able to catch negative thoughts & choose different thoughts. My thoughts impact my feelings which in turn impact my actions & outcomes.

I could have discovered this peace at any time. I didn’t need to wait until I retired. I can only imagine how much better a leader, a wife, a mother, I would have been had I been more self-aware.

That’s not what matters – what matters is how I choose to live with this new, liberating awareness. I didn’t reach this level of awareness on my own. Coaches helped me see blind spots & challenged my beliefs. We can change the way we think about ourselves, our world, our possibilities. We can find inner happiness.

Everything we need, we desire, is with in ourselves. It’s worth the time & effort to find it. I’m honored to coach others on their journey. Please check out my offerings section to learn more about how I can support you on your journey.
